Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Instructions and Terms of Service

1. About BLANC MEDIA

BLANC MEDIA operates digital marketing tools and services for brands, creators and authorized business clients.

Our Meta application is used internally to manage advertising campaigns, creatives and performance data for business assets that have expressly granted us access. The application is not a public Facebook Login product.

2. Information We Process

When an authorized business connects or grants access to Meta assets, we may process:

  • Business, Page, Instagram and advertising account identifiers;
  • Names of authorized business assets;
  • Advertising campaigns, ad sets, advertisements and creative metadata;
  • Advertising performance statistics and attribution data;
  • Permissions granted to the application;
  • Technical, security and operational logs.

We do not request or store Meta passwords. Never send us passwords, access tokens or payment credentials by email.

3. How We Use Information

We process information only to:

  • Create, manage and monitor authorized advertising campaigns;
  • Upload approved advertising creatives;
  • Read campaign performance and prepare reports;
  • Diagnose technical or measurement problems;
  • Protect the security and integrity of our systems;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

BLANC MEDIA does not sell personal information.

4. Information Sharing

Information may be processed by Meta and by service providers used for secure hosting, monitoring and technical operations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents.

We do not authorize service providers to use this information for their own advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the authorized service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized.

6. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where it was originally collected. When applicable, we use reasonable safeguards to protect information during international processing.

7. Security

We use access controls, limited-permission credentials, encryption and operational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request:

  • Access to information associated with you or your business;
  • Correction of inaccurate information;
  • Deletion of eligible information;
  • Restriction of certain processing;
  • Information about how your data is used.

9. Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of information processed through the BLANC MEDIA Meta application:

  1. Email info@blancmedia.us.
  2. Use the subject: “Meta Data Deletion Request”.
  3. Include your full name, contact email and the name of the relevant business, Facebook Page, Instagram account or advertising account.
  4. Do not include passwords, access tokens or payment information.
  5. We may request reasonable verification that you are authorized to act for the relevant person or business.
  6. After verification, we will delete eligible information that is not required for legal, fraud-prevention, security or contractual recordkeeping purposes.
  7. We will provide confirmation when the request has been completed.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless applicable law permits or requires a different period.

You may also remove the application’s future access through the relevant Meta business or integration settings. Removing access stops future authorized access but may not automatically delete information already retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes; use the email procedure above to request deletion.

10. Terms of Service

You may use the BLANC MEDIA application only if you are authorized to act for the connected business and its advertising assets.

You agree not to use the application to:

  • Violate applicable laws or Meta policies;
  • Access assets without authorization;
  • Publish misleading, unlawful or infringing advertising;
  • Circumvent platform security or permission controls;
  • Distribute credentials or access tokens.

Campaign publication, activation and budget changes require authorization from the responsible business representative.

BLANC MEDIA may suspend access when necessary to protect accounts, comply with platform requirements or investigate suspected misuse.

Advertising platforms control delivery, review and approval. BLANC MEDIA does not guarantee impressions, conversions, revenue or any specific advertising result.

11. Children

The BLANC MEDIA application is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children.

12. Changes

We may update this document when our services, legal obligations or platform requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
